"Personal sehr freundlich und professionell. Hotel in einem top Zustand, es gab nichts zu meckern. Bar sehr angenehm mit sehr guten Drinks. Frühstück auch gut, ein bisschen teuer aber ist 5 Sterne Level. Wir werden definitiv wieder dorthin übernachten wenn wir nach Vancouver reisen. "

"We came in on a Holland America cruise. Phil met us at the door to take our luggage and was very kind and welcoming. We were very early for check in and Will at check in was so helpful in giving us great places to eat. He gave us an estimated time our room would be ready and was spot on. Again, great experience. Hotel was clean an s comfortable. Only issue was the elevators were a long wait and we used the stairs more than we would have liked. Room was very comfortable and bed was excellent....

"It was very close to Rogers Arena where we were attending a show. Check in was super fast and same with check out. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a bit of street noise but completely reasonable levels. I would definitely stay here again. "
