"I was excited to stay here because I’ve had great experiences at other St. Regis hotels, but unfortunately this one was a disappointment. The biggest issue for me was the smell throughout the hotel. I’m not sure if it was the cleaning products they use, but there was a strong odor that I found unpleasant during our stay. The staff were generally friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated.
