From cleaning a room on short notice, to helping me find things in the city, to opening doors when I got to the property, to just doing everything really well and with a lot of care, I must say that the staff consistently outperformed my expectations. "The hotel is in a great location in downtown, close to many local attractions. We were in town to see a hockey game at Rogers Arena, which was about a 10 min walk away. The staff was super pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. The room was a little small, but the amenities were great. Breakfast is included in the rate, and is cooked to order, and very delicious!
