Muy atenta Flavia! El departamento estaba mejor de lo que esperamos, muy amplio y con todo lo necesario para pasarla bien. Nos hizo recomendaciones de restaurantes que fueron de nuestro agrado. Desde que llegamos estuvo atenta a todo. Súper recomendable.

The location was very good near the Central railway station and once you understood how all the gate entrance buttons work it was easy and safe. The apartment looks older than the pictures depict and the bathroom looked a little tired. The beds were very comfortable. There is an annoying process where your whole rental is collected by their booking system in addition to Expedia to help them collect a security deposit and tax. It takes at least 7 days to be refunded. Fingers crossed the refund comes back as promised. A pre authorisation system would be better than collecting the whole fee.

The apartment had all necessary amenities. It was clean and very spacious. Glad to have a washer, plus two balconies. Everything was very clean. The only con is that the shower was small and older, but that seems to be fairly standard for the area. There is a gate and a locked building door, which made me feel secure. The access to the train station is a huge plus. Florence is very walkable.

It was listed with washer and dryer, however, only washer was provided. Had to throw away some cloths as they smell without drying properly. Drain pipe in the bedroom with in-suit was making some noise through the night.

The location of the apartment was the best part of the stay. it was central to everything we did while in florance. however, the apartment was not the cleanest. the floor seemed to have not been mopped properly for quite some time. there was a dead fly in the sheets of the bed i slept in. the main bathroom was in poor condition. loose tile in the the shower, along with mold. the door to the shower was about ready to fall off anytime we closed it to shower. there is water damage throughout the apartment. vents are just large holes in the ceilings, rather than having any sort of cover on them. we noticed an smell everytime we came back to the apartment. this apartment COULD be prestige IF they put in the work to update the place and make several necessary repairs.

데스크가 없어서 체크인방법 꼭 숙지하세요

데스크가 없는 방식으로 air b&b와 비스쌉니다. 저는 air b&b를 자주이용해서 익숙한테 호텔스닷컴에서 예약할때 호텔식 데스크가 있는줄알고 갔는데 로밍도 안된 상태에서 가서 체크인하는데 혼쭐이 났습니다. 예약시 보내오는 이메일 숙독하시고 comm방법을 정확히 하셔야 체크인됩니다

The location was excellent. bit having mosquitoes and bed bugs made for a very poor excerience, and think i paid to clean the place. On arrival i was informed the one bathroom (half bath) could not be use for #2, and the main bath shower was broken. I was informed i could take it or not, but i had already paid (no refund) Managment did send out a repair man (time from vacation) he had to come twice for parts and ended by plastering walls around shower. Had to let plaster dry. two days without shower, by this time mosquitoes were hatching and i was being bitten overall this SUCKED

Great property

Good size apartment 2 blocks from the train station. Ground floor unit with 2 bedrooms and a large living room. Would definitely recommend!
