"This place was quiet and right by the ocean. The staff was friendly and seemed to think of everything! There were cookies and coffee in the lobby. The bed was comfy."

"I highly recommend. The apt was furnished very clean and nicely stock with everything you may need for 2 days or longer. There’s a beach just down the street and Cocoa Beach was a quick 15 drive. Many places to eat and neighborhood was quiet. Our stay was for 2 days, and the cruise port was close by."

"Oceanfront balcony, very nice and clean apartment, and a very friendly staff. This place was very conveniently located. Had to make a couple trips to Publix, which was just 2 traffic lights away—Perfect! Beautiful property with a quick and easy walk along its own access to the beach. Downtown Cocoa Beach was a very short drive away. My 19 year old son said that it was the best family vacation we’ve ever had! If you’re looking at this place and your desired dates are available, BOOK IT."

"The only downside was the noisy ac coming on and all evening and night. If you are a light sleeper beware."

The breakfast was delicious & all the staff were outstanding & friendly! I went to my car to get something & a minute later I came back inside the lobby & the front desk man looked up from his work with a smile & said welcome back! I felt special, safe & cared for! "Very clean very nice hotel people very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the toilets are way too low the squatty potties instead of regular sized toilets and the Internet could be a little bit better other than that it was a great stay. Would recommend staying there. We plan on doing it again."

"The room was infested with cockroaches. The linen were disgusting with other people’s hair, body fluids. It was gas of two. I had a gas of 100 in my bedroom disgusting."
