"Coco Sands Villas was extremely clean and we absolutely loved the ocean themed decor. Another plus was the villa was only a short walk to the beach. We only needed a place to stay overnight until we could board our cruise ship so the location was very convenient. We would’ve loved to stay longer so we could have enjoyed the outdoor space too! "

"Great stay for families or couples. They have a lot of activities and the lazy river pool was the best part! Great location and great staff. The rooms could use some updating and some new pillows. There is lots of sand tracked into the laminate floors so it would be nice if they put rugs by the bed so you wipe off your feet. But all in all, a great choice in Cocoa Beach. "

"Great spot for a stay with family pre-cruise from the nearby port. Excellent location with direct beach access, and wonderful front desk service. The pool is small but clean and warm with towels readily available. The woman at the pool bar was a bit crusty with the kids trying to play in the pool, constantly asking them not to jump around or splash, despite the fact that the pool was not crowded and they were not bothering anyone. "The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the free breakfast. The bar was awesome and huge. I highly recommend Noah's Special flatbread. My only complaint was the hotel washer and dryer. It took me 3 hours and $10 to wash and dry 1 load of laundry. The machines need to be replaced. "

"Perfect choice for pre-cruise stay! We chose Hyatt Place for our pre-cruise stay and it was a great choice. Check-in was a breeze. Spacious parking lot. Room was spotless and spacious. They have a rooftop bar with a bartender (Mike) who makes the BEST cocktails! He was friendly and personable and enjoyed interacting with our group.
