"Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, pool area was nice and clean. The staff were very personable and accommodating espically the front desk staff member Jennifer. Hotel is located within steps to the beach and about a 20 minute walk to the pier. Convenient drive to Port Canaveral (about 20 minutes). Would stay again."

"Carpet was filthy. After taking off shoes and wlking in room, our socks were black. After taking off socks, our feet were black. It was really gross. We all went to bed with dirty feet. "

"Very nice location. Literally on the beach; short walk to Publix, pier, restaurants, etc. Can see rocket launches at Cape Canaveral out of the window (some rooms). Two nice pools. Clean, affordable, and functioning laundry facilities. Very good breakfast. Oldie but goodie!"

"The room was clean but well worn, the bed was comfortable, linens were average. The bartenders and drinks were a highlight. The beach is very nice in this area. The pool area felt particularly crowded as the area around it is very small and not much seating adjacent. I am a pool guy, not an ocean guy for swimming so that was a bit disappointing, furniture around the sundeck and pool area were well worn. I truly wish Peloton would end its arrangement with Hilton because I have yet to find one in decent/working condition. That was a true lowpoint, plus the gym area bakes in the afternoon sun and could use shaded blinds to complement the tinted windows. Housekeeping was inconsistent and didn't necessarily replace things like coffee. The worst thing was our flight was delayed overnight and despite me chatting with the front desk through the app to inquire what would be necessary to keep the reservation active; they did not do as promised. It created a mess at check in, and a huge bookkeeping issue at check out. The manager was at first a bit dismissive and combative, recalculated it in a mistaken way resulting in the same mischarges, but in the end got it figured out and he was somewhat apologetic. I document everything and had all the necessary reservation emails, screenshots of my chat, etc. Rather than come at the issue with the attitude that "the customer is wrong/I can't help," it would've been better served with listening and understanding. Win a battle but lose the war?"

"Though overall the room was clean, it looked like there was some kind of brawl in the bathroom: broken TP holder, door handle broke off and cracked sink. The worst was the hand towel that had imbedded short black hair into most of it. What was that Hskg attendant thinking as she or he hung that up neatly?? The rooms are dark and need to be updated desperately. But the conveniences of functioning Small Tv, safe, micro, and refrigerator were in the room. All lights worked and good ac. Family operated for sure. "

"Don't stay here - very sketchy and the pool has been out of order for who knows how long. The front staff (Mandy I think) was nice but we got locked out of our room for hours and she handled it as best as she could by moving us to an "upgraded" room which was the same very basic design. The kicker was that the maintenance man that came unbeknownst to us opened the room and left it WIDE OPEN with all of our valuables, cash, my laptop etc. for god knows how long and nobody told us. I just happened to see it when I went to check on the progress. If all of our belongings had been stolen (totally possible, lots of seedy characters around including obvious drug dealers) it would have ruined our cruise vacation the next day. Overall I was worried about bugs, crime and everything else...I don't know what I was thinking...oh yeah...it's only one night, the pictures look fine - THEY ARE A TOTAL LIE. Spend the extra money and stay somehere else. I feel badly for the people working there...management/owners should be ashamed though. "
