"Das Apartment war sehr groß und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und es war sauber. Die Thin Walls sind wirklich sehr dünn, man hat aus der Nachbarwohnung im Schlafzimmer fast alles gehört, aber da es immer ab 21 Uhr ruhig war hat es uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Der Strand ist in Laufnähe und vom Strand aus kann man super Raketenstarts beobachten. "

There is also a third party vendor which rents out lounge chairs, umbrellas and water toys on the beach which makes it nice. The unit itself was super clean and very spacious-plenty of room for our family. This is our second time here and we can’t wait to go again!"

Whenever we needed more towels, they were brought to us right away, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and it was also very convenient that they had the bistro right across where we could easily get food. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay."

"Took my boyfriend to Cocoa Beach for one night for his birthday. The woman who checked me in accommodated me with a beautiful ocean view to celebrate! I also love the beach access from this hotel. Makes it very easy to go to the beach. Plenty of parking, bar at the pool, hot tub, fire table, cafe. This hotel has so many amenities you barely need to leave. A little pricey but worth it!"

"Sauberes Zimmer. Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Zimmer sind hellhörig und nach dem Duschen stand das Bad unter Wasser. Alles in allem aber kein Drama. Wir waren als Familie da und unsere sechsjähriger hatte viel Spass in dem beheizten Pool. Abend wurde immer ein Kinderilm auf der riesen Leinwand gezeigt. "

"Very nice location. Literally on the beach; short walk to Publix, pier, restaurants, etc. Can see rocket launches at Cape Canaveral out of the window (some rooms). Two nice pools. Clean, affordable, and functioning laundry facilities. Very good breakfast. Oldie but goodie!"

"The room stunk like mildew covered up with Fabuloso. Seriously it smelled like youth camp. The girl checking us in personality was rather flat, but the morning crew, including breakfast was good. A property with this much history should smell better. "

"Carpet was filthy. After taking off shoes and wlking in room, our socks were black. After taking off socks, our feet were black. It was really gross. We all went to bed with dirty feet. "

"Though overall the room was clean, it looked like there was some kind of brawl in the bathroom: broken TP holder, door handle broke off and cracked sink. The worst was the hand towel that had imbedded short black hair into most of it. What was that Hskg attendant thinking as she or he hung that up neatly?? The rooms are dark and need to be updated desperately. But the conveniences of functioning Small Tv, safe, micro, and refrigerator were in the room. All lights worked and good ac. Family...

"Don't stay here - very sketchy and the pool has been out of order for who knows how long. The front staff (Mandy I think) was nice but we got locked out of our room for hours and she handled it as best as she could by moving us to an "upgraded" room which was the same very basic design. The kicker was that the maintenance man that came unbeknownst to us opened the room and left it WIDE OPEN with all of our valuables, cash, my laptop etc. for god knows how long and nobody told us. I just...
