"A lovely modern hotel w all amenities. We appreciated very much the upgrade to a junior suite w balcony on the 5th floor and helpful staff with fluency in English. Only suggestion: include a news channel in English on your TVs."

"Très bien : personnel réception ( parlent tous parfaitement anglais ) et d'étage agréable , propreté , confort de la chambre , localisation,quartier sûr , métro à 2 mn direct pour l'aéroport, supermarché "continente"juste en face , environ 30 mn de marche pour centre ville sinon en métro, vraiment tout très bien sauf un détail : mauvaise réception télé, je recommande."

"De service was heel goed. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De accomodatie bevat veel faciliteiten maar is bovenal gezellig, mooi. Een heerlijke tuin. Veel faciliteiten zoals een uitstekende gym met douche en handddoekfaciliteiten. De buurt is niet te druk en op loopafstand van mooie winkels. Veel restaurantgelegenheden in de buurt. Het lopen alleen al in de buurt is de moeite waard."

"We checked in around 11 am after an international red eye flight. Figured we’d ask if early check in was available, and sure enough it was! It was so nice to be able to drop our stuff offf, shower and rest a bit. Staff was very friendly and spoke good English. It wasn’t really in a touristy spot but Ubers were cheap enough. Lots of restaurants within walking distance although a lot of them didn’t speak English so communication was difficult (our own fault for not speaking the local language)...

"Overall I can’t find anything to complain about. But most importantly, the staff made sure we had a great time. Story time :)… On our first day, the elevator broke for a few hrs and Carlos helped us take our luggage up the stairs 4 WHOLE FLOORS, even when I insisted we didn’t need the help. That first impression was great and the service remained consistently high the rest of our stay. 10/10"

"One of our most amazing experiences ever! This quaint new hotel checked all of the boxes. Clean, modern, amazing staff and perfect location, It is close to the airport and the center of town. We enjoyed several activities super close to the hotel. The staff made me feel so special they gave me a bottle of champagne and their native pastel de Nata for my birthday. Carlotta, Mariana, Arlinda, Jessica, Ines, Jo’s are some of the best we have encountered on our many journeys. By the way Ubers are...
