"There was no staff. The front desk made absolutely sure that they would not give us any help as we were renting from a tenant. The glasses were filthy and the ironing board was sticky and unusable. It was in a great location for us and we only had to spend one night so ….. we wondered why they supplied us with earplugs and we soon found out the reasons. It was also extremely noisy! "

"Pictures were nothing like the actual place. Very dark and old. Very dirty, lots of hair in the shower and kitchen was dirty. Expected something nice and felt like I was lied to when we showed up. Bathroom shower was terrible and very flimsy sink. Door doesn’t fully close. Overall good staff but would not recommend a stay here. "

"I know there was a horrible rain storm hitting at the time we arrived, but they didn't even look at the room...it was soaking wet half way through the unit. Water was coming in from the deck, under the door. When I told them the next day, nothing was done. Then the 3rd day we were moved to another room. This was smaller, with a bigger deck, but there were 3 adults and a baby, so we needed the space the other offered. Lost our view too, with no compensation. The bathrooms of both the places were...
