"Had a minor issue with shower, no cups for tea or coffee wasn’t told about whereabouts for breakfast but otherwise good stay "

"On arrival our room was upgraded to a large seaview room with a walk in shower which was a very nice welcome. The Pump room bar is excellent with a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food both at breakfast and in the evening venues is top notch. Dining is a particular highlight which should not be missed with a very good menu expertly prepared and served to a really high standard. "

We chose this hotel specifically because of the facilities advertised on the website, including a swimming pool, bar, coffee shop, evening dining, jazz club with cocktail bar, and the daily “Happy Hour” promotion.
