"Amazing all the staff was no problem at all for anything and Dean and Bea were very friendly and ensured we had all we wanted during our xmas break. Will defo be back and recommend to family and friends. Rooms cold but we was looked after with heating timings re set and a portable rad, perfect ams room clean prefect view did a xmas getaway thanks a lot for making our stay special "

"I had the bed, breakfast and dinner option, although there was a reduced menu for the option there was still a good selection, all of the food including the breakfast was fantastic. The room was a good size but the outdated and damaged furniture let it down slightly. The evening bar staff were above and beyond in the level of service i received. Will definitely stay here again"

"Spacious off-street parking behind the hotel. A warm welcome and efficient staff. Clean, neat room and ensuite. Lots of hot water, soft towels. Comfortable bed. Nicely cooked breakfast with excellent eggs, bacon and toast, coffee and juice (other options available). Staff deserve a special commendation - there was an unexpected power cut in that part of town in the morning, but they managed to serve an excellent hot breakfast with no fuss or delays. Thank you!"

"Room was clean, spacious and nicely furnished, modern but in keeping with the age and style of the building. Breakfast was fantastic, with a really nice menu to choose from. All the staff we met were super friendly and helpful. Great location for visiting Soutsea and surrounding area. Would definitely recommend paying the extra for a parking bay at the front of the hotel as street parking could be tricky. We stayed to visit family in Southsea and will definitely use this hotel again!"

"We did a 3 night break. The staff were very friendly great people. Lovely social sitting areas. Nice bar and coffee area. The bed room very spacious, beds were clean the bathroom was clean but no window and the vent didn’t work so it smelt damp. We kept the door shut and once we had our showers the smell was not so bad. The sitting area was great space furniture parts worn but nothing really to stop us going back. Location very convenient. Nice cafes restaurants local convenience stores. Would I...
