"Room was overpriced for a concert, £400 per night when £220 normally. I’d expect an uplift but not this much. Room was worn, fan and windows dusty and unclean. Other room had no hot water in shower so unable to use. Noisy and limited sleep although bed comfortable No bar as closed. WiFi non existent and no 5G signal so if you want a quiet night and no shower then ideal place. Breakfast mediocre"

"The room needed improvement : Badly cracked sink , the shower screen did not fit properly, resulting in large puddles of water on the floor after use . A kettle, tea and coffee were provided but no milk or creamer. Some reception staff were very helpful, others frankly did not seem to have a clue. In particular, the parking payment system was not explained to me on arrival. I was standing at the machine in the carpark, but it did not say anywhere that if resident you paid at reception. The cost...

"At the arrival and going to our room there was only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel I asked at the reception to have 1of each brought to our room but it did not happened also the bathtub is either very badly stained or just not cleaned properly so we felt that we could not have a shower in it The hotel bar was very good and staff very friendly the breakfast was very nice plenty of everything Thank you we still enjoyed our stay"
