"The hotel is relatively new. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable.
The staff, especially Janiel and Dave, went above and beyond in making our stay memorable.

"The views are absolutely amazing that was worth the price. I feel like the room was worth half and the view was worth half. The hotel is still in very good condition they keep it as clean as they can but it is definitely starting to show it's where and will be in need of an update. I think the carpets the worst part they need the vinyl flooring.
But everybody was nice like I said the cleaning crew does a great job it's just a well traveled older building but the view was absolutely...
"We loved our stay at this condo! Though it was on the smaller side, it was cozy, with very comfortable beds. The unit is a bit older, but exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Best of all, it's conveniently located near all the attractions in Gatlinburg. We'd definitely stay here again!"

"The beds were very comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. It was quiet and close to the main shops in Gatlinburg. The only problem was the TV remote battery cover was broken and the batteries would fall out sometimes."
