"We enjoyed everything with our stay except the female staff person in the am. She has a, superiority complex, she would be wise to stay in her lane. Room/bathroom clean, gym clean. Elevators slow, but minor. Nice breakfast although many close alternatives. Grocery and drug stores walking distance. Shuttle very helpful."

"Everything was fine with the hotel and surroundings, everything was very clean and tidy. However, please please get different pillows! Those pillows were not fit for humans. They were stiff as rocks and so tall you couldn't rest your head comfortably. We had a two bedroom suite and I am certain they know that these pillows did not allow for a comfortable night sleep. Please change those pillows (or rocks)!"

"The beds were super comfortable. The TV was great there were many outlets. The room was well lit. They don't do housekeeping unless you ask and the only thing that I did not like was I end up losing my charger and when I call the front desk, they said they had no chargers in the whole entire hotel. I think that as a hotel, you should have as a spare for a guest because emergencies happen and he didn't sound like he wanted to find a solution for me either other than that I had a comfortable stay...

"Pros: Front desk staff was great - Very welcoming and helpful. Location is perfect for beach access. Food was okay. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Needs major mechanical and cosmetic updating. Cracked bathroom tiles, buildup of discolored grout patching around fixtures, and weird shutters in bathroom that offer little privacy. AC leaked condensation on the floor near the entry door. Entry door deadbolt did not engage and exit door in hallway leading to outside staircase was left open and unsecured....
