"The room was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the property and proximity to mall and places to eat was wonderful without having a car. My two complaints will be the elevators, two of four which were broken much of the time and lines could be 20 minutes to be used. Additionally they were doing a resurfacing of the building project and we did not have use of our balcony which was not made known to me ahead of time and was a bummer."

"Room conditions upon arrival were disappointing. The couch was broken, and it took approximately two hours for management to address the issue. The air conditioning was also not working initially and required about an hour to be repaired. The bathroom cleanliness was below standard, and hot water took roughly five minutes to warm up. "Location, location, location. I opened the door and I'm looking at the beach. Right in the heart of the action. The room had a nice cold AC system on already when we got there. Hot water. Clean and comfy. The place is a little bit older, but to me it's authentic. Very well kept for its age. Will be booking again."

"Honestly, this has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. The entire arrival process, along with the host's communication, friendliness, competence, and availability, exceeded all expectations, same with check-out. In terms of value for money, quality and location, this place is absolutely unbeatable. I recommend it 200%. Thank you from our little family; it was an excellent stay, and I certainly hope to return soon!"

"The parking was a little confusing but the lot next to the building lets you park for $40 for 24hrs. It was what we needed for the day trip we planned but I wish I would’ve just gotten a hotel a little more south on A1A since it was a bit of a walk to all the shopping and restaurants we wanted to go to. "

"They charge extra for everything I never got new towels or anything because they charge. I never got a good night sleep one cause it was always loud and people stomping and slamming doors. And the room was very hot air conditioning never worked. I have asthma and because it was so hot I had the worst time breathing."
