"It was okay"

"Our stay was great. Staff was very friendly from the front desk check in to the restaurant. Our room was a Corner 2nd floor Bayview with half the room being large windows with a fantastic view of the bay and downtown. The balconies are a bit small about the size of 2 chairs, but the view makes up for it. The restaurant had a great and affordable happy hour, I recommend the crab puffs, lobster Mac and cheese and shrimp cocktail ( all were $7 for Happy Hour)"

"The property was great other than having to pay $25 a night to park our car in the parking lot. "

"The problem with this property is not the property- It’s the bar across the street and not the airport. EDM bass all night long til1:30am. If you expect any sleep you might want to reconsider. Convenient to a lot of attractions walking distance great food. Too bad people are so inconsiderate. Also they were doing light work- nail gun all afternoon in the fence. Bummer!"

"We chose your hotel because of the airport shuttle but we’re not given a shuttle phone number nor could one be found online. All hotel numbers reached were not a live person to explain our situation. Had to make other arrangements for a ride. Will not stay here again but the property and people were pleasant. "

"Got in late, had beer and wine and snacks chilling in a cooler for sale, great staff, room clean and quiet, walkable restaurants, perfect for flying in and driving out to see the area! Will stay there again."

"We enjoyed the pool and free airport shuttle. We had a very hard time with staff. Upon check in they asked if we wanted daily housekeeping. We said yes. Day two they arrived before we were out of bed. We asked to come back later. We left room for several hours and they didn’t come back. We let the front desk know we needed trash taken out (food), towels and we were out of coffee, conditioner and body wash. We then left until after 10pm. When we came back it wasn’t done so we took our trash...

"If you need to go to bed before 10pm, it may not be the best place to stay. The bar/restaurant is pretty loud until 10ish."

"This was our 2nd time staying. Our first time could not have been better! This 2nd stay was not nearly as "quality". The breakfast and happy hour wasn't as high quality, it also seemed like we and other guests found ourselves waiting for staff to come back from the kitchen for us to be able to get things like a napkin, a plate to eat our apps over, a 2nd beverage, coffee, etc. But the real sour grapes for us was that we ALWAYS make a point to collect towels, any trash, & ensure decorative...

"For those of us who do not like the big chain hotels, this Inn was a gem! It was clean, a great location with kind and accommodating staff. The patio ocean view was perfect with stairs to a cove one block away. The pool was clean and warm, and the incredible fragrance of the rose trees greeted us each time we went through the doors into the central garden area. Delightful!"
