"Property and rooms were clean. Staff very polite.I had an issue. I was given a room key to a room that was occupied and the person was in the shower. Very upsetting!"

"Parking was terrible, had to park around the building in the back of the hotel. Tons of people sitting outside smoking and drinking on the property. The blow dryer wasn’t working in the room: Wasn’t offered another room the maintenance person came to the room an repaired the blow dryer in the room while we were in the room for almost an hour which made me feel very uncomfortable.Then the lights went out from about 3am to 7am!!!! No apologies nor accommodations nor even an explanation! Doors...

"Bri was a great staff employee. However due to wifi or something the check in process was horrible and took forever. The pool was out of order and didn't state that anywhere before we made reservations and couldn't get temp in the room right at all."

"AC didn't work in room and I didn't get moved into a different room because they stated they were sold out. Complimentary breakfast consisted of bagels, muffins and cereal, yet we weren't able to eat because they ran out of bagels and informed us that their truck didn't come in until Thursday. "

"My family and I checked in around 6pm and left around 8:45pm. There were stains on the covers, carpet, and chairs; furniture was not cleaned (I.e., the eating table); a chair was broken; and there were a swarm of ants after dropping a fry on the carpet. We thought we could stay until check out the next day, but decided to leave. The staff were friendly and accommodating. "

"Room was amazing and beautiful and comfortable Only issue was when we arrived they had a plumbing issue and the whole place smelled horrific like a sewer. We didn’t go eat at the restaurant because the smell made us nauseous "
