"After having stayed here before, I was looking forward to staying here again. Clearly, the change in ownership has meant an unfortunate change in standards. I did not anticipate dirty windows on the inside of the panes, a hole in the bottom sheet, a very worn and uncomfortable chair, no extra blanket in the cold room, a desk chair that was almost impossible to move, very dim lighting limiting the ability to read, necessary information in an unlabeled book on the desk, info in that book suggested...

"My room smelled like sewer gas. It was coming from the shower. The room was run down and the breakfast was empty by 8am and not refilled."

"clean room, staff was friendly, hot tub was amazing. indoor and outdoor pool, neither of them heated and the outdoor one is shaded so it doesn’t get too warm. the bedsheets are super rough. it felt like i was getting rug burn everytime i rolled over so i’d bring a blanket. there’s also no lock on the bathroom doors. microwave and fridge in room"

"This was a great little apartment for the price. It was really conveniently located on the edge of the short north, right next to a beautiful park. It was basically 10mins to everything in the city. Very clean and did not have a super complicated check out process. Would recommend."

"Tv channels would work properly occasionally but with so much to do out there it didn’t bother us u less you have children to entertain. Everything was clean. Breakfast had to be paid for due to a premier feel and food on the table. Parking is NOT free."
