"We enjoyed our stay the hotel was spotless, room and linens fresh. Breakfast was hot and fresh the grandkids especially loved the waffles. The staff were friendly and engaging with us and grandkids which was very nice. Unfortunately there was vandalism to some cars ours being one, but the staff Zenia and Nazario went out of their way to help us. They gave us supplies to be able to drive 5 hrs home and Nazario even vacuumed the car out so it was safe for us to travel. So besides that glitch it...

"The AC did not work. It was 78 degrees in our room. We called to let them know and see if we could switch to another room or two rooms if another suite was not available, but they never found anything. No one slept well. Then the breakfast was not available until 7:30 on the weekend. We had to leave at 7, so we did not get breakfast. When you pay nearly $500 for a room, you expect AC and breakfast."

"The pool and location were my main point for choosing this hotel. Great customer service, the pool was a big win with the kids, rooms clean and breakfast was wonderful. I have nothing negative to say about our stay here. We stayed for two days and nights and thoroughly enjoyed it."
