"We went a whole night without electricity—don't hotels usually have a backup generator, or am I mistaken? But regardless, that didn't bother me too much; what I *must* say is that the noise from the other guests was CHAOTIC. They were running around, screaming, and slamming doors—it was horrible. But the staff is 10/10—I’d like to give a special shout-out to Mariana. "

"The breakfast and our room was nice. The staffing was not great. Smelled like someone was smoking pot in one of the bathrooms by the pool. Our room keys wouldn’t work due to our time expiring. Don’t know why cause we were staying till Sunday. Then had to leave the hotel for the fire alarm and the alarms were going off for a while. I wouldn’t stay here again. "
