"Good location close to shopping and dining. Comlimentary Breakfast was a hot buffet and the hotel also had a nightly happy hour with drinks and snack options. If there was a downside our room faced the I-71 freeway and you can hear the truck traffic all night long if you are a light sleeper."

"Wonderful 4 night stay with my great niece. Quiet, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Indoor pool was a plus. Staff were kind, welcoming, helpful. Outdoor and indoor bar with plenty of seating and tables. Westerville location near many popular restaurants. Close to interstate. Highly recommended."

"The parking was what was an issue… there were contractors with the large trucks with the carts taking up several lanes… I was there with my daughter for an event and we had to park in back…"

"We booked though Expedia. They never sent reservation to the hotel. No rooms available. No help from either place. Un expectable and very disappointed. I don't think I will ever book though Expedia again."

"The new renovation of the rooms are a welcome change. The elevator though has not changed, still slow and creaky. All in all everything was fine during my stay."

"Clean rooms. Staff ok. Night crew nice, although we didn’t get the room we paid for. Paid for a king and got 2 queens (which were less than the king). They blamed it on Expedia not have g the correct info and then told us the room cost the same because it was on the second floor (made no sense!) Breakfast was great. Parking lot a little tore up. But place was a good place to stay."

"Very decent place considering the price! We stayed for sonic temple so we spent more time outside of the hotel than we did in it. It is a comfortable place to stay! The area is nice, and the staff were friendly when we interacted with them. The main room was quite cleanly however the bathroom could use a little work, and the bathroom door did not work correctly but it wasn't a problem as I was staying with my partner."

"We found blood on a pillow and when we told the front desk their response was - ok thank you, we’ll tell house keeping. The pool temperature was too cold to swim. Also, they charge for parking which was a surprise and obnoxious since there is no other way to get to the hotel annual for the area."
