"I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Palmer's Lodge. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional.
The reception team was so welcoming and patient—when I accidentally locked myself out of my room three times, they kindly unlocked the door for me every single time with a smile! "Lovely hotel but has seen better days. In need of refurbishment. The A/C in our room was very weak & the shower was broken. The room was really spacious & very comfortable bed. Unfortunately our room overlooked the railway line which obviously increased the noise levels. The staff were very friendly & competent. "The hotel is located literally on Chelsea Football Club property so security is excellent regardless if you are returning late in the evening.
