"We stayed at the Urban Leisure last night and it was quite an experience! Pulling into the dark, empty car park scattered with leaves, it felt completely deserted — almost like we’d stepped into a movie set. Inside, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely receptionist (who seemed to be running the whole place on her own!). All the facilities were closed, and with the red carpets and long, silent corridors, the whole place gave off serious Overlook Hotel vibes from The Shining — eerie but kind of...

"The rating was given for two star hotel. This is a motel style, very, very simple. Service was good, the room was relatively clean. We stayed only one night, so we just needed a place where we could sleep. It was a good place to stay for the money paid. "

"Excellent well designed modern lodge in superb condition. Ensuite bedrooms, comfortably furnished lounge area and fully fitted kitchen. Peaceful, secure countryside setting. Would definitely recommend for a quiet restful holiday. Lincoln, Newark and Nottingham easily accessible form this location. "

"From start to finish everything was just perfect! Directions to find the hut were clear and check in was easy, the hut was beautiful and had everything you need for a lovely little weekend away. The hot tub was amazing - sitting out under the stars enjoying a drink or two! We ordered more wood for the hot tub and it was dropped off to us in no time at all. We took a short drive to Belvoir castle for coffee & cake - a nice little place to have a look round if you fancy getting out and about....

"Used this guest house as I was visiting family. Comfortable room and en-suite, It’s on street parking (The pavement) didn’t have the breakfast as I was out early. Greeted by friendly staff member and it was clean, tidy and friendly"
