"I paid for my stay through Expedia several months in advance, but upon check‑in in May, the front desk informed me that payment was required again. I was charged a second time and was given an invoice, with the staff telling me to contact Expedia myself for reimbursement. On June 1st, I followed up with Expedia, and they confirmed they had already reached out to the hotel. However, the hotel staff claimed that no one on duty could handle the issue. As of today, June 21th, I still have not...

"Appena arrivati il personale non sapeva del nostro arrivo per una mancata comunicazione tra Expedia e la struttura, ma i ragazzi della reception sono stati molto bravi a sistemarci subito in una camera provvisoria, il giorno dopo la camera che ci hanno assegnato era molto calda, non c'era un climatizzatore e non c'era un frigo. Non abbiamo chiesto nulla considerando che il prezzo era molto conveniente. Tutto sommato accettabile."

"Freundlicher Empfang, sauberes Zimmer (Standard 2 Einzelbetten) mit Klimaanlage, sehr gutes Frühstück und am Abend eine sehr schmackhafte Pizza. Das Hotel liegt lediglich nur 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof Stratford entfernt und ist somit für einen Besuch z.B. in der O2 Arena sehr gut gelegen (nur 3 Stationen). All in all: Alles Bestens und Preis versus Leistung ..HERVORRAGEND!"
