"Had to change my first room I was given had a double even though booked a single but as I walked in the room stunk of damp and no lock on the door and I was placed right by the entrance door. So they changed me to a single right at the top was ok but I think there is a drainage problem bathroom smelt damp funny smell too but ok with the door closed the carpets smell and had stains and I had someone try and open my room door In the night."

"I recently stayed at YOTELPAD Stratford and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the cleanliness was not up to standard. The glasses in the room were dirty, and despite reporting this, housekeeping never came to resolve the issue. We also found someone else’s hair in the shower, and there was noticeable dust on the tables and kitchenette area, which made the room feel neglected. "Man on reception was rude. Woman behind the bar was great on the first night but on the second the other woman was again very rude. Rooms weren't cleaned and towels weren't replaced. Parking is limited to 6 spaces. 4 of these were taken up by members of staff. Would never book this hotel ever again. Save your money. "

"Property was easy to get to by train. Hazel was a great hostess. She made sure I was comfortable during my stay and was very knowledgeable about the area."

"Great hotel to stay at if your going to the Abba Voyage show. Rooms spacious and clean. Hotel staff excellent, really helpful and nothing was any bother. Reception organised a taxi to and from the show and also to train station the following day, which saved a lot of hassle and the service provided by the taxi service was so efficient. "
