"Loved the front desk workers"

"Pleasantly surprised!! Queen suite.was perfect! Clean room, hallway, and rooms to each side of me were quite. Breakfast was good. My AC went out and me and my dog needed a place to stay close by. The ice machine on my floor did not work, no kleenex in the room, but very comfortable stay."

"The room was what i expected for the price i paid. One of the beds was uneven. The bathroom sink drained really slow. The breakfast was limited. It was ok if you just needed a place to crash for the night like I did."

"Roaches in room.no amenities Drink machine in lobby broken.pool closed.they tell you on phone that pool is being remodeled wrong just covered.staff rude.you have to ask staff for replacement of breakfast items at 7am when breakfast starts at 6am."

"Top cover of the blanket of the bed was stain. Bathroom tub was really run-down. Bathroom door won't close. Stains on the ceiling tiles. Hallways were being renovated. And someone was working on a vehicle outside the room window for more than 4hrs in the middle of the night."

"Front desk staff unable to help with online bookings, and questions or offer advice. Online bookings don’t allow for modification or a way to speak to a live agent, virtual assistant is no good when your only option is clicking the buttons listed. Asked the housekeeping staff for toilet paper as I was out, they told me no, sorry. Had to go get it from the front desk, who had no problem giving me 3 rolls."

"The hotel stunk or marijuana and cigarettes, The bathroom of my room ha actual black mold on the ceiling tiles, the bathroom towels smelt of mold and mildew. The walk down the hallway was very sketchy. The keys to my room randomly quit working and I had to go get new cards. I could add more but you get the point. Would never stay at this hotel. Spend the extra money and go to an actual nice hotel and enjoy your stay! 0/10. Would never recommend"

"Check-in was tedious, granted it was late night(actually early morning, 1-130am), booking was via Travago via Expedia and all my info entered on line prior to arriving had to be re-entered at check-in. Upon entering the room the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling loosely and I was unable to secure it to the ceiling. Toilet was not working as the tank was draining the water and first flush proved no water in tank, Removed tank top and just left it on floor so I could manually fill tank...

"The pictures showed a newly remodeled hotel. The room that we stayed in was an older room; not like the picture. The pool was supposed to be open from 9 am - 9 pm; that was not the case. The pool was open from 4 pm - 9 pm. Nice breakfast and the room was well air conditioned."

"I did not read reviews before I booked our stay and I probably should have. Our room was clean enough for the one night we were staying but the hotel seems to be in overall disrepair. The small things begin to add up. While the room was clean, the remote control for the TV would not work. The batteries were held in place with a rubber band. The shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall and the piping for the shower was loose. You could feel the pipes in the wall move when you turned on the...

"The only good thing about this hotel is the location if you are going to a sporting event. If you generally like Holiday Inn Express, lower your expectations. Old, outdated and in need of major renovation. I think it was clean but it was hard to tell from how old everything was. Carpet looks to be from the 80s, and not in a cool vintage way. The blow dryer in the room was rusted, the shower had broken off shelves, there were paint splatters on the walls and it was definitely not Dove products...
