"We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I especially found the breakfast to be fantastic with high quality food and lots of options. We are planning to stay there in the future when traveling. "

"Good breakfast. Rooms are clean. Good shower. Across from Kaufman (Royals) and Arrowhead if that's your thing. TV really didn't do anything. Turned on but no content. Wifi code I was given was incorrect. I didn't address these issues with the staff. Was really just there to sleep. Overall good value. "

"The property needs to be renovated, very out dated. Plumbing work is needed, Staff is very nice but can only use the resources they have to make a pleasant stay for their guest. "

"The hotel was in a convenient location to downtown. They were in the midst of renovations, but did a great job of protecting guests from that. The breakfast could have been a little more varied, but it was unique to have a bagel bar (if I’m remembering correctly)."

"Linens stained, perhaps soiled (mainly top covers). Place is showing some wear. Sheets a bit rough, but probably provide some exfoliation. Not much available for breakfast, but you are in luck if an oatmeal packet and an apple would do. Parking convenient. Not a place for lite sleepers, overlooks the highway and quite close. Mattress acceptable. Also, if a sign is on the desk saying, “Assisting another guest, back in 10, call —- in an emergency”, call immediately. After a 15 minute wait,...

"My bathtub was still dirty. The toilet barely flushed and I didn't have any light bulbs in my lamp. It did get taken care of. I think house keeping should check those things "

"Cockroaches! Rooms were not clean and what was advertised is not what you will be getting."

"Well there was cops on the neighboring abandoned a property also the cops were in the parking lot of the hotel that we are at there was screws in the windows of our room and I could tell others it was a further drive to what our original destination. It seemed like they were doing a stakeout for our hotel at any point in time the hallway floors were not clean neither was our room the room was decent but I would expect any type of a refund because of the inconvenience of where it was rated also...

"There was trash all over the property, my room didn't get cleaned until I said something to the front desk and that was the days after I arrived. The staff basically ignored my calls to the front desk no answer. The hall room 124 i was in smelled like weed. The whole hallway was smelling like weed. The breakfast was good. That was about it."

"The pool was pretty nice. The Personnel is the problem. Do not have a clean culture, nor a service culture, no towels in the pool area, the Hotel was dirty in the open areas, hallways. Our room had a pretty bad mattress and no response to change it. We stayed 3 nights and no resolution. The Hotel Asset is pretty good, but the staff in front desk... always in their phones,and hanging around..."

"Was an okay place to stay. The property was comfortable but it various maintenance issues where found in our room during the stay along with some cleanliness issues. There were some bugs that were found in the room, not bed bugs but beetles and what not. When we first arrived we also noticed a couple in the lobby with the gentleman seemingly being passing out on the floor. Not our business but no one seemed to be doing much about it.
