"I loved the beach view from my condo. It had a lovely kitchenette and refrigerator. It was a quieter stay that felt so private and relaxing. I slept to the sounds of gentle waves. There are no amenities per say. I did not need any, though as I spent my time exploring the island and doing excursions. It is very close to the Darwin Center and a 10-15 minute walk to the main pier. Dining, shopping and transportation via bus or taxi is also very convenient."

"We booked this hotel under the pretense that the resturant was open for business and the taxi price rate was similar to the rest of Ecuador or the reviews in our travel book. Hotel served a nice breakfast BUT no other food is available so one must go into Puerto Ayora for lunch and dinner. The taxi rate to and from hotel into town can be anywhere from $10-$15 each way..... if u want to freshen up after a long tour that will be 4 taxi rides......$40-$60 per day.
