"One of the nicest hotels I have been to in a long time! The beds are like sleeping on clouds…and the rooms are so beautiful"

"Just a few little quibbles. The Pembroke lunch and dinner menus were trying too hard to be "fancy." Nothing under $16 for breakfast, and no burger for dinner. The Doyle was the other extreme; a desert at breakfast time (9:30?); has to track down the server. Having to call room service for ice every darned time was a drag. The TV selection could have been better. And I had real problems getting the in-room coffee brewer to work."
