"I had a great trip. Thank you to Tony who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Due to xmas the shopping slots were all gone and only a few days before our arrival there was a slot. He was very helpful in making sure our groceries order was collected by him when delivered to the apartment and then came again to put in our room ready for us when we arrived. We will definitely not forget his kind gesture!! Room was cosy and clean toilets! A nice lobby / lounge area in main...

"We only stayed for 2 nights, I'd booked as a surprise for my wife, and it turned out to be all I wanted and a whole lot more. Really nice hotel, a short walk from Princes Street and the tram stop, so very convenient but also very quiet too. The room was comfortable and well equipped, the food was very, very nice, we ended up eating there 3 times - as well as breakfast every morning which was also really good - such a varied number of options, deciding what to have was very difficult!!
