"Absolutely fabulous hotel that has the most welcoming staff and renovated spaces. Felt like I was in a spa environment all the time. Hotel so centrally located in old port. "Marseille is a great town but would not stay here again. Tokyo sized tiny rooms with giant doors that swing out from bathroom into the room hall making it difficult for 2 people to move around. Only one towel provided for a room with 2 people, and asking for a 2nd towel was on ordeal. First asked for another pillow, but was told they don't have access to them, and night front desk flat out refused to try. The next day they said they didn't have any more pillows because they were fully booked. It...

"Absolutely beautiful hotel to stay at!!! The staff were so lovely and the beds and room were very comfortable."

"Don't think, just book! This place was by far the largest stay for a reasonable price. There is a small washer and the room had laundry detergent. We chose this place specifically for personal access to a washing machine and it was great! We felt so refreshed booking this half-way through our trip. There was also a working record player. We weren't able to connect through wifi though. But other than that, it had lots of space, a washer, and kitchen!"
