"Very spacious room. Bed could have been a little more comfortable but was adequate. Close to many walkable sites. The room access cards kept failing once or twice a day which was annoying but all the staff were helpful and friendly. Laundry was a pain as it was very expensive and had to be provided to them by 8am if you wanted it back the same day. We took an Uber to a coin laundry and it took an hour and was cheaper including the cost of the Uber there and back"

"The hotel is in a great location. Everything was withing 15minute walking distance. The optional (additional) breakfast was good. The layout is a bit confusing, and the stairs didn't help much. The bath tub was elevated so I wouldn't recommend this hotel to older people or anyone with knee problems. The showerhead was unadjustable. I had to shower closer to it all the time. What made my stay pleasant were the employees. The front desk reps were nice and friendly, housekeeping ladies were...

"Breakfast was great, all 3 of our rooms booked had permanent issues with air conditioning and bathroom extraction where they did not work at all, so there was no air flow in the rooms and was hot all weekend. Maintenance came and reset the fusebox but it failed almost straight away after. We were supplied small fans but not great considering the hotel we thought we were booking. Other than that we had a lovely stay but feel slightly let down with the room circulation."

"Nice hotel overall. Although feel like the plumbing could do with a look at - quite a loud noise and through the night hearing it randomly. Room was kitted out well but could have done with a more thorough clean."
