"stayed for two nights with a friend. It was a late booking. Loved the location. Rooms are cozy and large TV. Clean. Not very large but for what you pay, they are really good. Location of the motel is great! Close to Gatlinburg downtown and all the major attractions. Easy parking. Pizza, Icecream across the street. ONe of the unique features of the restaurant is the breakfast. I believe it's only available over weekends. BUT - it's freshly made/cooked in front of you. It's not unlimited but fresh...

"We really liked the location. That was the best part and that the price was fairly reasonable. Things in the room were broken- there was a hole in the back of the bathroom door and the button on the lotion dispenser was broken. I wanted to tell staff about this when we check out around 8:30 am but the office was locked and there was just a drop box for the key. When we walked barefoot in the room our feet ended up black so you can see how the floors hadn’t been cleaned well. There is a balcony...

"Inside the room was nice. Clean and comfortable, the modern furnishings must have recently been updated. The exterior/surroundings however were uncomfortably run down. Between the many loud dogs of the long term residents barking all night and the filthy pet relief area, I cannot recommend this place for anything longer than a quick overnight stay. Unfortunately, it’s not a great place to bring your wife and kids for any length of time."
