"Power outlets loose and too scary/dangerous to use. Rainfall shower head wasted way too much water and splashed too much onto floor. No faucet diagrams or instructions. We figured it out but wasted a bunch of water before we dialed in the “combination”. No place to hang the hand towel. Toilet seat was very loose. The tub was more of a basin. I’m not sure why they didn’t opt for a shower. Lighting wasn’t very good. To tables/desks. No place to place your clothes except to hang. The toilet gave you no room to actually sit. You had to sit sideways. There was no vent in the bathroom. Only a small window that could only be opened/closed from inside the tub. On the good-side, quiet (except for the midnight fire alarm) comfortable, great staff, restaurant food was good but overpriced even for NYC. The place had charm. Great view. If I stay again, it will be in a larger room with a shower stall and ADA bathroom lest I getting injured trying to contort the bathroom facilities."

"The room was great and clean. The hotel was actually quiet considering location and the amount of people we saw. I will say the only downside was the elevator. They were very slow and usually full to the brim requiring us to wait for 3 or 4 rounds. "
