Also appreciated the drink token we received upon arrival. Be advised there is no mini fridge in the room. There is also direct access to an ice machine but the staff immediately offered to bring a bucket of ice when we made the inquiry about a machine. We were staying there while the 2nd Knicks game was and could hear the bar that's on the first floor...

"We had a great stay at the maritime hotel. Great staff, and the room had great western views towards the Hudson (small sliver of a view of the river) and a few fantastic buildings by Heatherwick, BIG, Nouvel, and Gehry….all from our little porthole window. Breakfast was a little underwhelming, mainly cheap croissants, but the coffee was good enough. The west village is one of the best places to stay in the city and we would happily stay here again."

"My son and I were traveling and wanted two beds. In NYC that is difficult to find in a boutique hotel for a reasonable rate, but we found cute bunk bed options at Arlo online. The pictures were way better than the actual room. We didn't ever see the sun, we were facing other buildings with zero view.
