"I travel to Liverpool every month and stay in this hotel regularly. It’s normally fine but my meal last night in the restaurant was one of the worst i have ever experienced. I decided to treat myself to a ribeye steak. It costs £48 so definitely was a treat. It was dreadful. Horrifically over cooked, so much so that I sent it back which I never do. Calling reception they advised that this would likely continue til approx. 4am. The hotel relocated us to a different room where we were unaffected by the music but it is disappointing that the staff are fully aware this will happen and that the room be given to a guest when others unaffected by the noise are available.
