"Airport shuttle easy to find however the company sent a shuttle to pick up a airline crew but did not send a shuttle for anyone else, therefore, we waited for over an hour for a shuttle, your policy is every 15th & 45th minutes that was not the case!!!"

"The hotel itself was nice. I had to leave at 4:15 in the morning and they gave me a breakfast bag to go. The shuttle ride to the airport wasn't good though as the driver was driving very agressively and it was a very nerve-wracking drive."

"Amy's Coach House was beautiful, well maintained, clean and felt like home. Stanley and Amy were very pleasant and sweet. Our kids loved the stay and enjoyed the deck in the yard. Kitxhen has everything you need to cook. It is located in a beautiful area in Richmond, BC and has free parking. We recommend staying here and we will definitely be booking here again. "

"Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and did not feel dated. Spacious for family of 5 (2 adults, 3kids under 7yrs). Had dinner at their restaurant and it was really good. Probably the best Hotel restaurants we hace been too. Great service aswell."
