For the price we paid, it was quite comfortable and generally clean. The beds were a bit harder than what my friends and I are used but cheap and cheerful and convenient is how I would describe this place. The place is old, so expect sounds on the floor or from the ceiling above (unless you're on the top floor like us) because a lot of it is made of wood.
The biggest negative is that the owner wasn't expecting us as the place changed hands in March. So our booking which we made early was made in January with the old owner and for whatever reason, they don't receive your booking under hotels.com but under expedia. So I had to make some calls before the whole problem was sorted out. But aside from that, everything was dandy and the new owner still allowed us to check in and stay a night despite not having received a cent yet.
