Hotel is ok but far from the center of georgetown
front office staffs were very good. But the price was expensive compared to the other hotel in the area

Great budget hotel
Good location for exploring downtown Georgetown. 5min walk to Cecil Street market for Penang style breakfast. Very clean room and bathroom. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Location is not bad. Quite central to good food but certainly not within short walking distance. Room is clean and staff very friendly and helpful. We were on level 3 and Wi-Fi was excellent.

We ran out of toilet paper and went down to front desk. The person on dirty told us we had to wait until 9:00 am when the house keeping opened. I told the person that was ridiculous. Her reply was “we are not 5-stars hotel. What kind attitude.

Nice hotel, clean modern room and friendly staff. But for a hotel named WiFi Boutique hotel, the WiFi was really bad. 1.4Mb/s and unstable connection from 3rd floor rooms. Had to get card to access 2nd floor lobby where connection was stable albeit still slow. WiFi letting them down badly.

Skønt hotel i en spændende by
Hvis du ikke har noget imod at skulle gå en tyve minutter til UNESCO-delen af George Town er dette et virkelig godt hotel. Værelset er i rigtigt god stand med et stort og moderne badeværelse og flere stikkontakter. Fjernsynet har endda netflix. Det eneste der trækker ned, var personalet. De fleste talte kun dårligt engelsk, men var søde og venlige. Dog måtte jeg diskutere med en ung mand, gennem min dør, omkring klokken halv tolv om aftenen, fordi han ville aflevere mit vasketøj til mig. Han havde først banket på og ringet på længe, men da jeg var gået i seng, prøvede jeg at ignorere det. Da det ikke hjalp, måtte jeg med store ord forklare, at jeg ikke ville åbne min dør så sent på aftenen, når jeg var gået i seng og dermed afklædt. Det tog tid men lykkedes til sidst. Da jeg næste dag klagede over dette, var det til en ung kvinde der ikke forstod meget.. Men bortset fra de oplevelser vil jeg klart anbefale stedet.

My One night Stay
The room is quite spacious and when we were there it was quiet except for dogs barking from the shops next to our room. The staff was friendly and helpful. and there is even Netflix that you could watch in the room!

Surprisingly excellent! I love that the room is actually quite spacious than what I expected it to be especially for that price. Lobby isn’t really interesting but that did not really matter when I reach the hallway, it gives me the english contemporary vibe, I love the interior and the balcony of the smoking area. They even have bicycles museum on the 6th floor which is amazing. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is surprisingly good with the price that I paid. I love that it’s near to cafes, deen maju and Hin Bus Depot with walking distance of 5 min only. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it to my family and friends. Well done!

Satisfactory Stay
Clean, comfortable and spacious too. Staff were attentive and pleasant. The Nasi Kandar, Deen Maju which is just a few doors away is really good but always crowded. With the hotel card, you need not queue up. Just take note that the restaurant staff are not so friendly. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
