"Elle was great at the front desk. Hotel was nice very clean very nice breakfast. Flamingo bar left a little bit to be desired. Only one bartender who was extremely overworked."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There were a few minor things in need of repair, but nothing that truly hindered our experience. The pools were all excellent! They were all heated, except for the small kiddie splash pad. My kids didn’t use the splash zone at all as it was too cold. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. I wish parking was included in our standard fee as the price of parking really added a significant expense. "

"I went for a solo getaway off season. The property was huge but I enjoy walking. If you have mobility problems they offer rides from hotel room to pools/ shop and restaurants. While at the hotel I paid for daily use of the water park. They have a lazy pool which I enjoyed and bars for your favorite frozen cocktails. Overall I enjoyed the resort it was very clean and the grounds well kept. The only issue I had (probably because of off season) everything closed very early. I recommend stocking...

"The rooms were very clean. Towels were very clean. The hotel is very nice, very nice landscape. The employee's are great shout out to Caesar and Gloria. They treated me very well. I highly recommend this hotel. It's a little far up on 192. It's like twenty 52 thirty minutes to disney.So keep that in mind"

"La chambre etait propre, nous aimons retourner à cet hotel pour la cuisine complete, le calme, et aussi une belle grandeur de chambre. Nous avons pris la villa 3 chambres/3 salles de bain et c etait super ! La seule chose qui me tanne à chaque fois c est le tour qu ils mettent la pression à faire pour recevoir 200$ de credit sur le site... cette fois ci j ai été assez bête avec la personne qui me l a offert pour avoir la paix car quand on est polie le "non" passe moins bien "
