The flavors were authentic, beautifully presented, and clearly made with passion. It’s rare to find such high-quality cuisine inside a large resort, but this chef absolutely delivered. The resort itself is stunning — from the lush atrium to the clean, comfortable rooms and the amazing water-park area. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed and perfectly maintained. Overall, Gaylord Palms exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for top-tier service, incredible dining, and an atmosphere that truly feels like a getaway, this is the place.
