"The registration process was too slow over 30 minutes. The receptionist has to double check whether the room was ready for guests. The room was not clean the next day at 2:30pm, we just requested for new towels. Due to the popularity of the hotel, the management should hire more cleaning staff to get the rooms ready for guests."

"Great older style hotel with lots of character right in Chinatown. We really enjoyed our stay of 3 nights.The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and also spoke English. We didn't opt for the hotel breakfast as there are plenty of places to eat in Chinatown. If you're coming from Haneda airport, then there's an Airport Limousine bus which drops you directly at the front of the hotel. Buy the bus tickets at the airport. Would definately stay there again."

"Breakfast and dinner had some great food, but rather unhygienic practices in the kitchen notably a cook sip on a stew to taste it and then put it back in the pot and stir it. Other than that, fantastic hotel with amazing staff and rooms"

"The breakfast was an upcharge but it was top notch. Both American and Japanese offerings. Fresh and delicious. The staff we all extremely professional and friendly. The room was very comfortable."

"Didn’t know they offered airport shuttle. This would have been convenient if we knew as we booked a private car. The hotel was great, we only had a brief stay to refresh between a cruise and flight home. The staff were helpful and the check out process was quick and convenient. "
