"It's a great place to stay in Hanoi's Old Quarter. 1 block away from Hoan Kiem Lake. The first thing you will notice when you come in is the smell of jasmine. The front desk people are very friendly and professional. You will be offered a fresh juice drink and cookies while you are checking in. Breakfast is always good. Lots of variety and you can also order from a small breakfast menu. The staff goes around asking how things are. They are all very friendly and sweet. They even remembered that it was my wife's birthday and had a cake and wine in the room when we came back at the end of the day. All in all, this hotel is very highly rated. "Lovely hotel right in the heart of Hanoi old town. Convenient for restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and staff friendly even if the dense nature of the area means the view was that of an escape ladder. We did have a minor issue which was sorted incredibly well and left us satisfied."
