"My Stay at the Sono hotel was quite nice. Reasonably priced and in a central location it’s ideal for traveler's to the city. The staff are also upstanding I think they were the nicest and most helpful hosts I’ve experienced in any hotel I’ve ever been to. Local knowledge and great recommendations. All staff can speak fluent English too that was helpful for me speaking the one language. Very fairly priced I’d pick the Sono over the Hilton any day"

We were then showed a room on the first floor that was apparently the room we booked, but it didn’t look like the pictures. Then we were shown a better room that looked more like the photos of the room we booked, and told we could “upgrade” for $5 USD a night.
