Nous devions prendre un bus pour une visite de la baie de Ha Long à 7h et avons choisi cet hôtel comme point de rendez-vous, car nous voulions y être déposés après la visite, pour y passer une nuit après la tournée. Nous avions nos bagages dans la rue en attendant et ĐA nous a accueillis et nous a permis de laisser nos bagages là pendant que nous prenions un petit-déjeuner avant d'être pris en charge. Ils se sont souvenus de nous à notre retour et ont été très amicaux et serviables pendant tout le séjour."

"Everything was great. The staff were absolutely exceptional. Very kind, attentive, helpful and accommodating. Because I’m a vegan it was very hard to find meals I would eat, but I made do. All and all it was wonderful experience. Highly recommended. Will definitely book here again. "
