Hotel dekat Mausoleum Ho Chi Minh

"The hotel is conveniently located for sightseeing, was kept very clean, and had an excellent breakfast. The staff were very kind and helpful, and I had a comfortable stay overall. However, the facilities are quite old. The power outlets were difficult to use, and the bottom of the bathtub felt soft and unstable underfoot. The hairdryer was also heavy and outdated, and it was not suitable for my long hair."

"A great hotel in the heart of the old quarter of Hanoi. The staff was very welcoming from the very beginning offering a welcome drink and helping with our baggage and offering services they had."

"Staff were friendly and helpful, our room was quiet and very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, did not get a chance to spend much time at the sky bar and pool area but did briefly check it out to enjoy some fresh air and lovely views of the city. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Top personeel, alle behulpzaam en staan voor je klaar, top locatie net uit de drukte, om lekker tot rust te komen"

"The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The common area is somewhat uncomfortable, and you can hear everything from the common room while you are inside your unit, and also, everyone can hear everything from your unit while in the common area. So, there isn’t much privacy here."

"Top personeel, behulpzaam, locatie prima tegenover een grote shopping mall"

"Very cost effective and friendly staffs"

"The place is in a small alley, so it may be a bit difficult to find. There is a noodle place (MỲ NGÕ) on the corner before turning into the alley where Bi Eco Suites is. It is quiet and the room was clean with amenities that you need (pitcher of water, glasses, soap, shampoo, towels, etc.) Overall, I would give it 4.5 out of 5 (clean, quiet room, location, value, etc.) A few things to note, though. You need to coordinate check-in with the staff, as there is no one manning the desk and...

"장점 1. 국방부 맞은 편 안전한 치안 2. 중심 관광지와 거리 접근성 좋음 3. 가격 대비 넓은 방과 기본 옵션 가전 호텔대비 다양하게 보유 단점 1. 직원 상주X -> 문제 해결시 시간 소요 2. 청결감 떨어짐, 청소 잘 안됨, 세면대 및 샤워기 녹슬어서 개인 필터 사용 필수"

"Staffs were really kind and friendly, and the bed was kept clean. He kindly gave me some recommendations of local restaurants. Some people didn’t obey the quiet-hour rule so my sleep was unfortunately interrupted. Also, with a thin sheet instead of a blanket, I felt a bit chilly."

"Staff was great. Extremely welcoming and helpful. Big thanks to Paolo, Jacky, and Edward. Appreciated the location for being a little quieter, but close enough to get everywhere we wanted to go by foot, or a quick grab. Nice room."
