"lokasi hotel di Old quarter sangat strategis,dimana anda bisa berjalan kaki untuk mencari makan,berbelanja.malam hari area sekitar hotel sangat ramai,banyak yang duduk2 sambil makan makanan ringan dan bir.Penyambutan dan pelayanan hotel sangat istimewa,mereka sangat ramah dan membantu kami setiap saat.Makanan yang disajikan untuk sarapan pagi pun enak,terutama pho dan caramel pudding."

The choice of breakfast is wonderful for a dmall hotel, the only drawback is the small dining area. Gteat access to train street and there are so many dining options on the mall outside it wil satisfy anyone's culinary needs"
"I absolutely loved Bi Ecosuites. The hosts were amazing! The building is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, not far from all the cafes, shops, barbers, restaurants, massage parlors, monuments, tourist attractions. You name it. The room itself was top notch. Very clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The big Samsung smart tv was great too. I highly recommend Bi Ecosuites while in Hanoi. "
"Super séjour. Chambre très agréable avec un petit balcon et un lave linge. Communication très fluide avec le gestionnaire, situation très bien calme et sécurité. Proche des peux de visites principaux. Juste un petit conseil il faudrait voir pour enlever le calcaire du pommeau de douche et une solution pour les remontes d’odeurs parfois. Sinon rien à dire je reviendrais sans problème. C’est très bien. Je recommande. "

"Only stayed for one night but we were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We were given snacks and a drink, check in was quick and easy and we were given a room upgrade to an amazing suite. The hotel and room was stunning and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Also, today was my check-out day, but when I told them my flight back was in the middle of the night, they kept my luggage for me and allowed me to use the shower. The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. "We were welcome by a lovely lady at Check-In desk, the staffs was very helpful with extremely helpful service.
The hotel is located in central Hanoi very close to hoan kiem lake and convenient for dinning and night walking street on Friday to Sunday."
