"lokasi hotel di Old quarter sangat strategis,dimana anda bisa berjalan kaki untuk mencari makan,berbelanja.malam hari area sekitar hotel sangat ramai,banyak yang duduk2 sambil makan makanan ringan dan bir.Penyambutan dan pelayanan hotel sangat istimewa,mereka sangat ramah dan membantu kami setiap saat.Makanan yang disajikan untuk sarapan pagi pun enak,terutama pho dan caramel pudding."

I was also able to book Ha Long Bay trip directly at the hotel, so they were very helpful. Because it's on a smaller street, you will need to wheel your luggage to the hotel, not very far. "Staff were exceptional here. Everyone was incredibly helpful however Laura in particular was so attentive and thoughtful. She checked in on us daily and was always prepared with recommendations during our stay. Room and amenities were great too - highly recommend Meritel Hanoi. We will definitely be back :)"

"Amazing place to stay. Within walking distance to the old town, a lot of food and shopping street nearby. The two bedroom arrangement was perfect for my family of 6. The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. "This place is in an excellent location, and the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to any request. The place was very clean and well maintained. "The bathroom shower head had very bad rust stains or calcium buildup, checked an upgrade room and it was the same. Overall feel of the property was more like a bed-and-breakfast or dorm-style lodging. It didn’t meet the expectations of a 4-star property compared to others we’ve stayed at.
