"Great location and staff. Clean and well mentioned hotel. Perfect stay"

"The only downside is they do not have lift. But the services were amazing! And located in the heart of the old town. Walkable everywhere "

"Top personeel, behulpzaam, locatie prima tegenover een grote shopping mall"

"Staff were friendly and helpful, our room was quiet and very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, did not get a chance to spend much time at the sky bar and pool area but did briefly check it out to enjoy some fresh air and lovely views of the city. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Su Casa is a great apartment properry in Hanoi. It has a great location, very attentive staff, clean, spacious rooms, fast WiFI, and a nice roofdeck lounging area. Our 2 BR 3rd floor aprtment had a wonderful floor to ceiling wondow overlooking the Old Quarter and a great kitchen area for making small meals. We had a minor issues with checkinf in but Su Casa has a a "hot line" that easily solved our problem. We shy away from staying at larhe cjaom jotels when we travel and prefer local properties...

"Sehr zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal, schönes ruhiges Zimmer, ausgestattet mit Wasser und Zahnbürsten etc. Perfekt zentral gelegen, sehr gutes WLAN."

"Very cost effective and friendly staffs"

We were on the 6th floor and there was minimal noise. Overall the room was a really nice oasis to return to after a day in the heat and hustle of Hanoi. They change the towels and sheets and clean the room on a daily basis. There is a terrace on the top floor which we regret not visiting and a gym which was adequate for us. They also had...

"Exceptionnel, je recommande et y retournerai!"

"Conveniently located in the Hanoi Old Quarter. Room was clean and quiet even though we are in middle of town. Staff are friendly and helpful with recommendations. Good variety of breakfast food available to accommodate different cultures. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the area."

"The place is in a small alley, so it may be a bit difficult to find. There is a noodle place (MỲ NGÕ) on the corner before turning into the alley where Bi Eco Suites is. It is quiet and the room was clean with amenities that you need (pitcher of water, glasses, soap, shampoo, towels, etc.) Overall, I would give it 4.5 out of 5 (clean, quiet room, location, value, etc.) A few things to note, though. You need to coordinate check-in with the staff, as there is no one manning the desk and...
