"The location of the Lucien Hanoi Lakeside was good as it was close to the lake but also close to many shops and eating spots. Even more important, the staff at the Lucien Hanoi Lakeside were terrific. Grace the sales manager, and Anna at the front desk were both very helpful and gracious. "Ideal location in the heart of Hanoi. Street access closes on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights so if arriving in the evening you have a bit of a walk with suitcase through the crowds. Recently great location to see the nightlife. Loved the place and staff just super excellent."
