"Staff were so friendly, place is close to lot of happening place. Good breakfast menu with good view. We couldnt find time to use pool, but it was looking great. Good stay overall."

"Amazing hotel with a very loving staff who made us feel right at home. The rooftop bar was probably the coolest spot in all of Hanoi and drinks were cheap (around $5-6) considering the high luxury of the place. They have happy hour everyday. The room was quiet and cozy. A/C worked well. They have free to use umbrellas for the guests. The breakfast was absolutely amazing each morning (it's more like a brunch!). Walkable to anywhere with many restaurants and shopping nearby. Accessible by Grab. "

"Arrived in HaNoi on a weekend - the hustle bustle in the old town was mind boggling and the street in front of the hotel was impassable but the hotel staff met our taxi at the corner and carried our bags to the hotel. "Our rooms, connected 2 rooms, were very spacious. It's in front of busy street with lots of shops and restaurants yet inside the room was quiet. We enjoyed breakfast every morning. They arranged 3 tours for us and it saved our time, and we enjoyed all of them. Very friendly, professional staff. We had to leave early in the morning around 6am for our flight and they even prepared breakfast to go 😊 We would definitely stay again if we have chance to visit Hanoi."
