"This was a great place to stay at in Hanoi. Easy to walk to good food, sights, etc. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom in good condition with good water pressure. Staff went above and beyond with the service level as well. Definitely would come back here again."
"The absolute best place I’ve ever stayed. Friendliest staff and wonderful room, just an overall great experience. Would recommend for anyone staying in Hanoi"
"Excellent first impression of property: beautiful decor - clean and bright, very welcoming staff. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a good variety (cold and cooked) to suit many tastes. We liked the ‘cooked to order’ menu in particular. We also valued the suggestions staff offered at breakfast as to how we could spend our day eg sightseeing options, transport, opening hours at museums etc. Our room was lovely - very clean, comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom."

"This hotel was our favourite one during a 4 week holiday in Vietnam. Exceptional service by all staff. Rooms were lovely and comfortable, and the breakfasts were next level, definitely the best we have had. You won’t be disappointed we highly recommend 👍👍"
"Very polite and helpful front desk staff. They even escort me to my room. Quick check in and out. Big bed but the mattress is a little too soft for me. Clean and nice bathroom, quick Wi-Fi, kettle for hot water, small fridge, working safe box, available elevator., at the corner of the big road even in a small alley, free breakfast with basic food and drink. Price a little highher than others but acceptable. I'll give it a 5/5"

A beautiful hotel in the middle of the French quarter, easy walking distance to lake and cathedral.
All the staff were so accommodating and also welcoming.
Breakfast is not to be missed !! Seriously if you can’t find something to eat in the morning that’s on you. We would definitely stay again.
