"Everyone here treated us with such care and attention. You can tell the team truly loves what they do. Staff Lilly upgraded us & was professional & always had smile on her face. Everything is excellent about this hotel from spotless room, smiling staff, great shopping & restaurants nearby & everyone so attentive but only thing not happy was no drawers in room to put clothes, water in shower would come out & make bathroom wet & room is very small, otherwise; love this hotel & staff & love Hanoi!"

"Loved this hotel, right in heart of old quarter and had excellent (huge!) beds and clean modern bathrooms. It’s a small hotel with 2 rooms per floor and this worked well for our family as we had the whole floor for us! Small narrow roof top breakfast buffet, excellent staff William was so kind! Only one negative it is right next door to a pub, but music stopped around 11 (I think?) Reception staff were so cheery and helpful."
