"This property is located in the bustling old quarter but once inside feels like an oasis. The rooms are very well appointed, spacious and have the most comfortable beds. Cleanliness is top notch throughout the hotel. The staff is warm and welcoming and has gone above and beyond to meet our needs. A special shoutout to Kendrick who has been our server on multiple occasions in the 11th floor lounge and restaurant, he’s made us feel very welcome and his service is impeccable. "Wonderful staff was so welcoming for our 1 night stay in Hanoi. We were greeted with tea and banana cake! Cocktails and fresh spring rolls at the rooftop bar helped us get settled in. For this price range, the hotel is what you would expect. Beds are comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. It was nice to have a bathtub. 😀 Great area of the old town!!"
