"The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. Ideal to be close to the bars, shops and train station. The price I paid for a bank holiday weekend was fairly cheap for 2 nights. The rooms do need a revamp as they look outdated like rooms from the 80's but still is place to lay your head for the night. Maybe add an extra pillow too each bed"

"Lovely modern hotel close to lots of nice restaurants/bars and the main shopping areas. Room set out was great, bed was comfortable and the selection of complimentary water in the mini bar was a nice addition. Only thing that let it down was when we arrived at 5pm there were a lot of used glasses etc in the corridor outside our room and also bedding. I’m aware that’s quite normal in hotels as they clean the rooms but the glasses were still outside when we returned from our meal out about 10pm - for a beautiful hotel it was just a bit of a shame as it just made it look really untidy."

"Always a pleasure staying here. Rooms are basic but very clean. Breakfast buffet is good and staff are excellent - friendly and polite. We always stay here when we come to lovely Liverpool and will be back soon!"
